SHIPPING POLICY 

Thank you for shopping at Darsh Enterprises. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through darshenterprises.org.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or Indian public holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll receive an order confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's dispatched. During sales or peak festive seasons, processing may extend to 5-10 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within India only, to all serviceable pincodes across the country. We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen method.
• Standard Shipping — 4-7 business days
• Free Shipping — 5-8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or remote pincodes.

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted Indian logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, XpressBees, and Ekart.

5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. No tracking email within 3 business days? Contact darshenterprises101@gmail.com.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It's the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, deliverable address. Packages returned due to a wrong address incur re-shipping charges. To correct an address, contact us within 4 hours at darshenterprises101@gmail.com (we can't change it once shipped).

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Carriers attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the package. Re-shipping incurs additional charges, communicated before re-dispatch.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Tracking shows "Delivered" but nothing arrived? Contact us within 7 days. Arrived damaged? Photograph it and report within 48 hours to darshenterprises101@gmail.com. Claims must be raised within 14 days of expected delivery.

9. Shipping Delays
Some delays are beyond our control (weather, strikes, carrier delays, remote pincodes, government restrictions, peak sale periods). We're not liable for these but will help you track and resolve.

10. Order Cancellations
Cancel free within 4 hours of ordering, if not yet shipped. After dispatch, see our Refund Policy. To cancel, email darshenterprises101@gmail.com with your order number.
